Session 1 · AI

AI 101

From chatbot to colleague

What AI can do for your work today, how to use it safely with your data and clients, and the habits that make it stick. Built for people who have mostly used ChatGPT on the web.

You leave with: Everyone leaves using AI for real work, with the confidence to keep going.

Session 2 · AI

Digital Teammates

How people and AI agents work together, and what it costs

Live demos of AI agents doing real work, connected to your tools and data. Who manages them, which decisions stay human, what to build first and what agents cost to run.

You leave with: A clear first use for agents in your team and a sensible way to manage them.

Session 3 · AI

Ambition, Agency and Agents

The art of the possible now AI can do the work

When agents can build, research and run tasks for you, the limit becomes your ambition and your willingness to act. How individuals and teams think bigger and take ownership.

You leave with: People leave with a bigger goal and the first agent-powered step towards it.

Session 4 · AI

Becoming AI-Native

Five moves to a business that runs on AI

The company brain, the AI operating system and the AI design system: how a whole business works with AI, in its systems, roles and culture.

You leave with: A clear picture of an AI-native business and the first moves to get there.

Why Elliott

He has been through the change he talks about.

Elliott spent 18 years helping organisations like Mastercard and J.P. Morgan make new technology usable for their people. Then he sold his belongings, moved to a Thai island and spent eleven months fishing, gardening and resetting before rebuilding his working life on his own terms.

He came back calmer and clearer about what matters. That is why his talks hold the practical and the human together: how to use AI well, and how to stay yourself while your work changes around you.

He now runs Remote Humans and AI Native Club from London, and works with teams across banking, payments, insurance, aviation, private equity, accountancy, education, technology, agencies and small businesses.

Long bio

He has spent 18 years making technology usable for organisations including Mastercard, J.P. Morgan, Air France KLM, Beazley, Microsoft and Minerva University, and has spoken at The Next Web and Oxford Saïd Business School. He speaks in plain English about AI, the people using it and how to stay well while work changes. After years of corporate work, Elliott sold his belongings and moved to a Thai island, where he spent eleven months fishing, gardening and resetting before rebuilding his working life on his own terms. That experience shapes how he talks about change: AI is asking whole industries to reinvent how they work, and the people side of that matters as much as the tools. On stage he is warm, practical and interactive. Audiences use the tools, build something and leave with a clear next step.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Will people leave able to do something?
Yes. In build sessions and workshops people make something with AI before they leave, and keynotes end with something to try the next day.
Can you host a stage or moderate a panel?
Yes. Elliott hosts stages, chairs panels and runs fireside chats, and preps with speakers beforehand so the conversation stays useful for the audience.
Do you judge hackathons or host demo days?
Yes. Elliott judges, mentors and facilitates hackathons and demo days. He builds with AI himself, placing 4th of 66 demos at the OpenAI Codex meetup in London, and gives teams clear, encouraging feedback.
Do you only speak about AI?
No. Topics cover AI, the people side of change and wellbeing at work, and each session is tailored to the room.
How long is a session?
Keynotes run 20-60 minutes, build sessions 30-90 minutes and workshops a half or full day. Hosting, panels and fireside chats fit your schedule.
Can you speak online or at a hybrid event?
Yes. Every format works online or hybrid, with the remote audience planned in.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the format, length, audience and travel. Share your date, setting and audience and we will send a clear quote.
We already did ChatGPT training. Why do more?
Training shows people the tool; our sessions get it used on their own work. Each person brings one real task and leaves with something working that they keep. At a private equity firm, 20 of 21 sessions moved towards something people could reuse.
